To determine a Player’s basic layout and features, you choose one of the available templates during Player creation. (View comparison table of template features)

- The layout of your web page
- Size constraints
Some templates are designed for 800x600 or 1024x768 displays. You may also need to consider whether your video conforms to either a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. - The number of lineups and videos you intend to present
Choose from single title players, single lineup players, and multiple lineup players. - If your player will contain videos for purchase or rent
Choose a template that supports pay media.

Single Title Players
Single Title Players are designed for playback of one title and do not require you to create a lineup. However, if you do wish to associate a lineup to these players, you may. This provides the ability to swap out the title displayed in the player with any of the titles in the associated lineup using the Brightcove API's. These players are unobtrusive and ideal for display within the context of a web page or small pop-up window.
