Promoting Your Syndication Offer
The Brightcove service provides publishers with URLs to enable prospective affiliates to preview and request the Brightcove Player featuring your content.
To promote the availability of your player after you create a syndication offer:
- Choose the Syndication tab from the Brightcove Console.
- From the Manage Offers tab page, select a Player offer from the list on the left, then click the Get Syndication Code button in the upper right.
- Copy one or both of the URL links to your clipboard, depending which information you want to direct potential affiliates to.
- Paste the link into your promotional location, whether your own website, an email, or other location. For example: Consider adding one of these links as part of your email signature.
- Click Close from the Get Syndication Code dialog box. If you are in the process of creating your syndication offer and haven’t saved it yet, click Save from the Publish tab.

Request to syndicate your Player. Prospective affiliates must create an Brightcove account and sign in. Affiliates can then provide you with the URL and description about the website(s) where they will include your Player. |
To view the syndication status of your players from the Players tab: Mouse over icons in the Type column on the left to view whether a player is: Available for Syndication, an Affiliated Player, or Not Available for Syndication.
